Why XEG exists
Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, we are a specialized civil engineering consultant serving the Front Range, the Western Slope, and beyond. We focus our expertise exactly where it delivers the most value: decentralized wastewater systems, sewer and stormwater lift stations, and general civil engineering for small to medium-sized projects
By leveraging the use of AI agents, robust CAD templates, and lean accounting/billing methods, most of our time is either spent on actual engineering or getting better at our skills. By operating without a traditional office, expensive overhead, and corporate executives, we maximize value for our clients. XEG reinvests a significant portion of its annual revenue on technical development. That means that we are acquainted with various solutions for your project, and are constantly striving to provide Clients with better alternatives.
BIO
Pablo Bolaños, P.E.
Owner & Licensed Professional Engineer
Pablo earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed Professional Engineer in three states. He has worked on projects in over twelve Colorado counties.
He serves as the Engineering Sector Representative on the Colorado Professionals of Wastewater (CPOW) Board and is a member of ASCE Region 7.
Pablo is driven by a genuine interest in creating thoughtful designs that keep the client's best interests at the center, and is passionate about bridging the gap between the paper in the office and the contractor's real-world perspective on the jobsite.
