Why XEG exists
We are a civil engineering consultancy based in Castle Rock, Douglas County, serving the Front Range from Denver to Colorado Springs, the Western Slope, and beyond. We specialize in decentralized wastewater, sewer and stormwater lift stations, and general civil for small to medium projects.

BIO
Pablo Bolaños, P.E.
Owner & Licensed Professional Engineer
Pablo earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed Professional Engineer in three states. He has worked on projects in over twelve Colorado counties.
His engineering expertise ranges from residential and commercial decentralized wastewater systems and pump stations to single-family residential grading and drainage projects. He serves as the Engineering Sector Representative on the Colorado Professionals of Wastewater (CPOW) Board and is a member of ASCE Region 7.
Pablo is driven by a genuine interest in creating thoughtful designs that keep the client's best interests at the center, and is passionate about bridging the gap between the paper in the office and the contractor's real-world perspective on the jobsite.
